We are seeking a Product Software Engineer to help build the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.
Key Responsibilities
- Fullstack development front end and back end
- Engage customers on design features to enhance user experience
Qualifications
- Have a deep interest in creating a highly interactive and pleasant to use web app.
- Motivated and obsessed with solving hard problems.
- Experience with a complicated single-page web app.
- End-to-end performance optimizations.
- Solid javascript skills.
- Nodejs experience.
- Postgres and query optimization experience.
- Previous startup experience.
- [Bonus] Vuejs experience

- End-to-end ownership of projects. Projects are typically defined in collaboration with customers, product, design, and other engineers.
- Operates autonomously and seeks help to get things done.
- Actively involved in product planning.
- Proactively seeks additional work. Able to be self-sufficient and contribute to team goals.
- Seeks to identify project risks and autonomously keeps projects on track. Keeps the team updated.
- Contributes outside of their core projects, including code reviews, interviewing, and establishing company/engineering culture.
Salary Base: $4,000 + per month on a fixed term contract.
