We are seeking a Product Software Engineer to help build the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.

Key Responsibilities


  • Fullstack development front end and back end
  • Engage customers on design features to enhance user experience


Qualifications


  • Have a deep interest in creating a highly interactive and pleasant to use web app.
  • Motivated and obsessed with solving hard problems.
  • Experience with a complicated single-page web app.
  • End-to-end performance optimizations.
  • Solid javascript skills.
  • Nodejs experience.
  • Postgres and query optimization experience.
  • Previous startup experience.
  • [Bonus] Vuejs experience

  • Actively involved in product planning.
  • Proactively seeks additional work. Able to be self-sufficient and contribute to team goals.
  • Seeks to identify project risks and autonomously keeps projects on track. Keeps the team updated.
  • Contributes outside of their core projects, including code reviews, interviewing, and establishing company/engineering culture.
